Antioxidant 1076
Antioxidant 1076 is a long-acting primary phenolic antioxidant appearing as a white powder. Featuring a long alkyl chain structure, it offers excellent compatibility with polymer substrates, low migration, resistance to water extraction, and low volatility, providing long-term protection against thermo-oxidative aging.
It is frequently used in combination with Antioxidant 168 and is widely applied in products such as polyolefins, elastomers, ABS, hot-melt adhesives, and other adhesives.

四、 Applicable Materials
PE, PP, EVA, POE, PS, HIPS, ABS, SBS/TPE elastomers, hot-melt adhesives, adhesives, tackifying resins, lubricants; also suitable for food-contact plastic packaging materials
五、 Recommended Dosage
Polyolefins: 0.1–0.4%
Styrenics and elastomers: 0.1–0.3%
Hot-melt adhesives and adhesives: 0.2–1.0%
六、 Packaging and Storage
20–25 kg Paper-plastic composite bags; store in a cool, dry, and sealed environment; protect from moisture; not classified as hazardous chemicals.
