Precision: 0.0001 g (0.1 mg); equipped with a glass draft shield. Suitable for laboratory sample preparation and ingredient formulation, including the weighing of polymer additives and food additives.一、Standard Operating Procedures
Placement: Place on a stable, vibration-free surface away from air conditioner vents, doors, windows, vibration sources, and magnets.
Leveling: Adjust the leveling feet at the base until the bubble is centered within the circle.
Warm-up: Allow the high-precision balance to warm up for at least 30 minutes.
Calibration: Calibration is mandatory after moving the unit or restarting after a power outage (use the CAL key + standard calibration weights).
Taring: Place the weighing dish/container on the pan → press Tare (O/T) to zero the display.
Sample Placement: Gently place the sample in the center of the weighing pan and close the draft shield door.
Reading: Record the weight once the digital display stabilizes (stops flashing).
Post-operation: Remove the sample and clean the weighing pan; leave the unit on for short breaks, but power it off and unplug it for long-term storage.
二、 Important Prohibitions & Precautions
❌ Strictly avoid overloading; it can damage the sensor.
❌ Do not place powders or liquids directly onto the weighing pan; clean up any spills immediately.
❌ Do not weigh hot or cold samples immediately; allow them to cool to room temperature first.
❌ Avoid touching the weighing pan with bare hands; wearing gloves is recommended.
❌ Corrosive materials must be weighed in sealed containers.
✅ Regular calibration is essential to ensure weighing accuracy.
